We’re hiring a Paid Social media Planner for our London office

Passion Digital is an award-winning and rapidly growing digital marketing agency based in South London.  Our client base is wide and varied, ranging from everyday consumer brands, to tech startups, property moguls and charities.

We’re looking for a bright and enthusiastic marketer to support our growing Social Media team. You’ll have experience setting up and managing effective social media campaigns at an agency, or in-house, liaising with clients directly in a professional and helpful manner. You’ll have a passion for innovation and researching emerging trends in social media advertising through following industry professionals, reading blogs and more.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Ownership of biddable campaigns from brief stage to final report stage
  • Interpret media data and provide recommendations for on-going improvements
  • Develop and oversee processes for delivering and managing multiple workstreams
  • Work on reporting and campaign analysis
  • Working collaboratively with the Head of Social Media to put together business-winning proposals for new leads (we get lots!).
  • Working collaboratively with wider account team members from other departments (e.g. PPC).
  • Work with senior clients and consult on key strategy projects
  • Build strong partnerships with third-party technology vendors to ensure up-to-date knowledge of product roadmaps and beta test opportunities
  • Participate in new business pitches
  • Media innovation: making us the best partner for our clients, doing the most advanced work with new platforms and new technology
  • Growth of our offering into new paid channels

Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience in Paid Social Planning & Buying.
  • Market-leading strategy and hands-on knowledge of platforms
  • Fully capable of all key social media advertising platforms (Facebook Ads Manager, Twitter Ads, LinkedIn, SnapChat, Reddit).
  • Understanding of Google Analytics and social platform insights.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel.
  • Data and analytically minded in your approach to research and reporting.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills.

Hours

8:30-9:30am & 5:30-6:30pm
