We’re hiring a Senior Paid Social Manager 

We’re looking for a bright and enthusiastic marketer to support our growing Paid Media team. You’ll have experience managing, executing and delivering client’s paid social strategy and efficient day to day management of assigned client accounts, focusing on delivering performance against agreed KPIs.

This is a unique opportunity for a driven, ambitious individual to join our Social team, working closely with the Head of Social, our wider Paid Media team and client services to deliver fantastic performance and service to our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver standout strategies for multiple paid social campaigns
  • Mentor, coach, train, support and guide the team in all areas of paid social
  • Strong experience across both social branding and performance campaigns
  • Clear and timely communication with clients and other members of the team
  • Wide range of experience across Paid Social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Twitter etc.)
  • Deliver proactive and innovative solutions within the platforms
  • Establish client friendly and efficient processes to manage their expectations and agency workflow
  • Ensure client’s budgets are adhered to accurately through trackers and manage the billing process from media owner through to client billing
  • Grow current client investment in social platforms through testing and successful results
  • Initiate conversations with new/non-social clients regarding the opportunities for testing

   Skills & Experience (Required)

  • 2+ years’ experience working on paid social campaigns within an agency
  • Dependable experience working with campaigns across multiple clients, countries and languages at one time
  • Demonstrable client management qualities
  • The ability to work across a range of clients on a weekly basis. You’ll work collaboratively with the rest of the Social team, but we’ll expect you to be able to think for yourself and have the drive to get the job done.
  • A working knowledge of Google Analytics and social insight platforms.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure.
  • Data and analytically minded in your approach.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills.
  • A team player. We operate within small teams and working together is key to achieving results.

Skills & Experience (Desirable)

  • Knowledge of attribution modelling
  • Experience integrating CRMs into reporting workflows

Hours

Full time (9am – 6pm with some flexi-time).
