We’re hiring an Office Manager & PA!

This adaptable individual will run day-to-day operations as well as create a welcoming environment for all employees and visitors.

The Office Manager is in charge of facilities planning and management, and provides administrative assistance to the CEO.

This is a varied position for someone that is keen to constantly improve the employee and customer experience. The successful candidate is someone that has a service mindset, and is forward thinking to ensure that the company is both highly productive and a great place to work. We are looking for someone energetic, positive and proactive.

Responsibilities

Key duties and responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Managing daily operations.
  • Provide high quality and sustainable administrative support to all employees.
  • Work with management to develop, implement and maintain office administrative systems and procedures.
  • Maintain internal tools and documentation.
  • Provide executive assistance including coordination of schedules and calendars, meeting and planning, and booking business travel.
  • Manage stocking supplies.
  • Manage external contractors and supplier relationships.
  • Assist the Finance team with book keeping.
  • Organise corporate, team and marketing events.
  • Human Resources -be the first point of contact for all HR-related queries
  • Carry out employee administration including all setting up new employees on the systems, benefits and other admin including ensuring HR system is kept up to date.
  • Maintain and update employee documents and records.

Key skills required

  • Solid experience in a similar office management role
  • Very service-oriented individual
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Experience managing projects & events
  • Qualities: Personable attitude with excellent writing and verbal skills.
  • Ability to manage time and thrive in a fast-paced environment and execute effectively against multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Exceptionally organised, detail-oriented, and committed to ensuring tasks are done well and on time.
  • Very proactive with a strong mind for value efficiency and looking for practices and processes that can be improved.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team
  • Ability to manage stakeholders proactively
  • Perform well in a fast-paced and constantly changing industry
